Behind the Vision: Alejandro, Senior Support Specialist
We know a lot of companies say this, but here at Brighter Vision, we think our customers are the greatest. Since the Brighter Vision process is designed to be so customized and personal to you and your vision, we get to know our customers pretty darn well – so we figured it’s only fair we return the favor!
Introducing Behind the Vision, where you can get to know a Brighter Vision employee a little better and get an inside peek at the team helping you grow your practice.
This month, I got to catch up with Alejandro, one of our Senior Support Specialists. Alejandro has been helping our clients make changes, edits, and updates to their live Brighter Vision websites for nearly two years now, so if you have a live website with us you may have already had the pleasure of meeting him 🙂

Please share a couple of facts about the career journey that brought you to Brighter Vision.
I needed some extra credits to graduate from the Technology, Arts, & Media program at the University of Colorado Boulder. My counselor told me about an internship through Brighter Vision so I applied and then graduated a couple of months after my internship. That’s when I began my career at Brighter Vision – after my graduation.
How long have you been working at Brighter Vision?
1 year and about 8 months
What is your role here at Brighter Vision? How do you spend your day?
Senior Support Specialist. I spend my day supporting Brighter Vision clients’ live websites and answering any of our client’s questions.
Can you tell us about one of your favorite or most memorable Brighter Vision clients?
My most memorable Brighter Vision clients probably have to be Christine Poane or Patricia Young.
Christine and I worked on her SEO (search engine optimization) a bit when her website went live and she said that she received quite a few referrals only a couple of weeks after going live, which is always great to hear.

I have also worked with Patricia quite a bit and have a good feel for how she wants her website to look. She puts a lot of work into her content and podcast so it is great to be able to assist her with her website and help her reach her clients anyway she can.

What’s one of your favorite Brighter Vision websites right now?
I really like the website we built for The Best Of You. It has a clean and modern look and the photos go really well with the color scheme.

What are your hopes for Brighter Vision in the future?
I hope that Brighter Vision continues to grow and I hope that we can help any future, as well as current clients, reach those that need counseling and therapy so that a difference can be made in their lives.
If you could give Brighter Vision therapists one tip about how to best use their Brighter Vision website and marketing tools, what would it be?
I would utilize Social Genie, our automated social media tool, as it is a great way to market your website and business. In today’s day and age, many people use social media for a variety of reasons and they learn about new ideas and topics through these platforms.

Then, I would also recommend emailing [email protected] with any questions as they will be able to assist with any new edits or provide some insight/advice on many marketing tasks.
If you could suggest one of our blog posts to read TODAY, which would it be?
I like The Ultimate SEO Checklist for Therapists article because it contains some great information about keyword research, which is important when thinking about creating content for your pages. Including keywords within the content will allow for better search results and it will allow us to write better SEO for pages.
If you had to pick a new mascot for Brighter Vision, what would it be?
Dolphin since they help each other as well as other animals/humans if they seem to be in distress.
Thanks so much to Alejandro for spending the time with us today and telling us what he loves about being a part of the Brighter Vision family and his own vision for the future.
