At Brighter Vision, we’ve always made it our goal to put our customers first and adapt our service to their ever-changing needs in a rapidly growing industry.
In order to know how to adapt, we have to not only ask for feedback but be prepared to make changes when we can do something that will clearly make our customers happier and more successful.
One piece of regular feedback we recently began receiving was that our development process (arguably the MOST important thing we do here) was not meeting the needs of some of our customers. Specifically, we did not have enough calendar availability for feedback calls, and we were not proactive enough in hopping on a call to address any natural concerns in the design process.
This is not a concern we take lightly, and we began brainstorming solutions right away.
What evolved out of these brainstorming sessions was a new role – Quality Assurance.
Over the past two years, Amanda Adams has consistently been one of our top performing developers at Brighter Vision. Through her regular demonstration of our three most important values, Initiative, Courage, and Empathy, Amanda’s passion for our customers’ success has always shined brightly.
In this new role, she will be the first one to step in and connect directly with our clients when there is a misunderstanding about an edit, the first draft isn’t looking quite like it was envisioned, or there are just general questions about website development and marketing.
