At Brighter Vision, we use a Design Team to ensure you receive as prompt a response as possible to any edits, questions, or concerns.
We understand your time is valuable, we want you to always feel heard, and have your concerns or questions addressed as quickly as we are able to. By structuring the design, editing, and launching of your new website as a team, we are able to respond faster, collaborate better, and make you a happier client.
If you would like to schedule a Design Consultation, you can do so by logging into your Dashboard and following the prompts to set up a phone call. Here is a helpful article we created to show you how.
If your website is published, you have unlimited support via our Brighter Vision Support Team. Within your Dashboard, you can interact with our Support Team via a live chat beacon. However, if you have an urgent issue, you can always go here and fill out our Support Intake Form. This Support Intake helps us effectively and efficiently address your needs after your website is published.
Meet Your Design Team
Andrew Oetjen
Principal Lead Designer
Andrew graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 2014, where he majored in Studio Arts & Graphic Design.
If he’s not busy building you a fantastic website, he’s probably out slaying that final boss in his favorite new game! And he was Brighter Vision Employee #1!
Emily Rosebrook
Principal Lead Designer
Emily is a Colorado native who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication and Design from the University of Northern Colorado.
She also enjoys gaming, watching favorite TV shows/movies with her spouse, and taking care of their pets; two cats (Zena and Rowena), one axolotl (Hup), and other aquariums for fish and shrimp. On weekends, she can also be found birding and adventuring in the great outdoors.
Jamie Boonjakuakul
Senior Lead Designer
Jamie was born and raised in sunny California and now lives in northern Colorado with her growing family. She graduated with a BA in History from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and completed her AA and certificate in Graphic Design and Website Development.
Outside of the office, she enjoys being with her son, traveling, cooking & baking, playing ping-pong, bouldering, pilates, photography, and crafting.
Bri Wilson
Lead Designer
Bri grew up in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and graduated from Alvernia University in 2015 with a BS in Business. Through exploring various roles out of college, she discovered a passion for web design and decided to pursue it full-time.
When she isn’t working on designing websites, she enjoys spending time with her husband and golden retriever, watching college basketball, and crafting with her Cricut.
