What is the difference between Start & Grow?
The Grow Plan is everything your private practice needs to start growing faster.
The biggest difference between our Start & Grow Plans is access to the Brighter Vision Growth Platform, a blogging automation tool designed specifically for therapists & psychologists. The Growth Platform gives you access to 100s of professionally written blog posts. Find a post you love, click ‘Schedule’, choose a date & time, and our system handles the rest.
Through the Growth Platform, all of your blog posts will automatically post to Facebook & Twitter. And we will also design a beautiful pop-up for your website, allowing you to more easily grow your email list.

Are photos included?
Yes! Our Start Plan includes 10 professional photos from Big Stock Photo with your package.
Our Grow Plan includes 15.
But that doesn’t mean you’re limited to just 10 or 15 photos. You can have as many photos on your website as you would like. This only refers to the number of photos we will purchase for you.
How much time do I need to invest?
We find most of our clients invest about 60-90 minutes of their time.
How long does it take until my website is live?
The entire process typically takes 2-3 weeks.
Is email included?
Yes. On our Start Plan, you receive 2 email addresses with your domain name.
Our Grow Plan includes 4.
Any additional email addresses are $3/month/email address.
I have a website with another company. Can I use that domain name?
Absolutely! We strongly encourage this.
Is my domain included?
Yes, one domain registration is included in your price. And if your domain is registered elsewhere, we can transfer it to us.
If at any point you would like us to transfer your domain to you, we will do so in a heartbeat. You still fully, 100% own your domain name. And we do not charge any release fee.
Is support included?
It most certainly is. Any time you need a change, just email us and we will take care of it within 1 business day.
You are also able to make any edits you would like, without the help of our team.
Are your websites mobile friendly?
Yup! Every Brighter Vision website is 100% mobile responsive and formats perfectly on any device.
Do you offer student pricing?

What is your refund policy?
Even though we think we’re the best website solution for therapists, we understand that Brighter Vision isn’t for everyone. However, as we are a service based business and spend a ton of time learning about you, your business and building you a custom website, our ability to offer refunds is limited.
For monthly subscribers, we are unable to offer refunds at this time. For annual subscribers, if you decide Brighter Vision is not the right solution for you before your first draft is built, we will refund your full amount, minus the setup fee, first month and a $100 cancellation fee.
I don’t want to pay a monthly fee…

I have my own photos. Can I use them?
100%. There can be some limitations in terms of quality and aspect ratio, but we will work closely with you to ensure that you can use any photo you want.
