(“Ignite Visibility,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) want you to be familiar with how we collect, use, and disclose Personal Information. This Privacy Policy describes our practices in connection with Personal Information that we collect through:

Depending on availability, geography, project type, and other factors, multiple network partners may receive your inquiry and Personal Information, and more than one network partner may contact you. Our network partners may use this information to contact consumers regarding a home project or inquiry, or for their own customer engagement and marketing purposes. MARKETING CHOICES

USE OF SERVICES BY MINORS
The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under 13.
JOB APPLICANTS
When you visit the careers portion of our Websites, we collect the information that you provide to us in connection with your job application. This includes but is not limited to business and personal contact information, professional credentials and skills, educational and work history and other information of the type that may be included in a resume. This may also include diversity information that you voluntarily provide. We use this to facilitate our recruitment activities and process employment applications, such as by evaluating a job candidate for an employment activity, to monitor recruitment statistics and to respond to surveys.
